Summary: Great Post Work Out Shake
... The Mix 1 line of shakes are great for post work-outs. They have 15 grams of all natural whey protein. The natural feature works because it doesnt have additives that irritate your system... an important feature to note for those who work hard in the gym. Amazon has been the most economical site for purchasing the Mix 1 line. Grocery stores carry this also, but almost double what you can purchase it for on Amazon.

Summary: Great for Lactose-Intolerant People
... I bought these at a GNC nearby, and I love them! Like all protein drinks, there's a small aftertaste. It's not bad at all, especially compared to like a Muscle Milk shake made at home. The flavor, otherwise, is really great. It's a smooth drink with a very nice flavor. It's nice and gentle on my stomach, and really energized me and kept me full for a while.

... The mix 1 Mango drink is shelf stable (does not need to be stored cold when unopened) which eases up on the refrigerator space. The mix 1 Mango drink has a fresh clean taste with only a hint of grittiness but not off-putting. The flavor is distictively mango and does not taste chemical-ish. I rate this 4 stars based on the grittiness.
