To people who aren't accustomed to such foods might read ingredients like Lecithin granules, Asorbic Acid, Sprilla and go "What the heck is that?" But, I'm weird, and I already have all that stuff. :) It's also for people who have a good blender (obviously) and preferably a juicer, though store bought juices are fine. The Chocolate Peanut butter is too sweet for me, but it's tasty. A friend gave me a couple of packets of each flavor. I made each using skim milk (it's what I had), using a decent ice-crushing blender (Oster, with 6 blades). This one has the same great flavor of a Starbucks Frappuccino, maybe even a little bolder and sweeter; but you don't get that layer of flavorless ice on top when you're half way done.
