I use this every morning to make green smoothies. My husbands IBS is gone completely! My daughter adds Spinach to every smoothie. I had an at home birth and when I got my blood results the consulting doctor could not stop raving about my Platled count. I am eating fruits and veggies all day. At least 10-12 servings often twice that. My Kids doctors are raving about how healthy they are. It is a monster easy to clean and I love it. Almost bought a Vita-Mix, but was given a heads ups about how much easier it is to clean the Blendtec. (No interior ridges.) We have smoothies every morning and I use "Betty" throughout the day for sauces, dressings and nut butters. It grinds things smooth. Makes the best tomato soup. Wish everyone could own one.
