Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2010-07-17 Summary: Serious Power ... I've only had the blender for a week, but wow! I love it. Frozen bananas and ice cubes don't even phase this thing. Low setting is enough. I also like the plastic carafe which is light and mysteriously easy to clean. The blender is loud though, but only on the high setting which you'll probably only be using for a few seconds anyway...if at all. I am curious how it will hold up after a few months of solid use. I read in another review that the guy was angry because his carafe broke after 5 years of use. Seriously? ...more

Wow does it make the best smoothies ...... my old blender took forever... Kitchen Aid.... The price is a big high but it's worth every penny.... easy to clean.. good looking.. I can keep it out on my kitchen counter all the time ... good choice ...more

Very fast processing, reduces ice very fast, clean up in 2 minutes with out disassembly It is not real quiet but then it is not toy blender - this is a good quality machine that does it's job very fast It does every thing well - my favorite is malts - fill it up with ice cream and milk just over the blades, flip it on high and you have to be careful to shut it down quickly so as not to make your malt to runny one star ...more
[4] Rating: 5 Date: 2010-02-10 Summary: Don't forget ear protectors ... This blender is a monster! I love it! It will chew through anything in about 8 seconds although it is a bit loud. I keep a set of ear protectors handy whenever I use it because of the noise, but I would not expect anything less for the ease of making smoothies and margaritas. Can't go wrong with this little fellow. I would consider this to be a "real" blender. 2 speeds and gets any job done quickly. Would highly recommend! ...more
